There is something so exquisitely beautiful about this time of year. As Mother Earth continues her descent into the darker, colder months, we are invited to honor the wisdom of the changing seasons and the natural rhythms of our own lives. The trees have released so much of what they carried throughout the year. The landscape is becoming quieter, the evenings longer, and the Earth is preparing for a beautiful season of restoration beneath the surface.

And yet, there is still so much life, beauty, and possibility unfolding! November has always held a very special place in my heart. It is my birth month, a season of gratitude, and the beautiful 11/11 gateway, which also happens to be my birthday! This year, I find myself reflecting deeply on the extraordinary relationship between transformation, embodiment, service, and the abundant blessings that come when we honor who we are becoming. I am so incredibly grateful for this life, my family, my sacred business, and the beautiful souls who continue to find their way into the Fresh Gaia community. This month, I am embracing a renewed devotion to peace, prosperity, pleasure, and presence as we navigate the many transitions and transformations unfolding within our lives. There is so much to celebrate, and I have some beautiful offerings and exciting developments to share with you!

🍂✨ THE ENERGY OF NOVEMBER

Embracing the Sacred Descent & the Wisdom of Our Natural Cycles

We are moving through Scorpio season, a time often associated with profound transformation, revelation, intimacy, reclamation, and rebirth.

With Pluto traditionally ruling Scorpio, we may find ourselves exploring the deeper dimensions of our experiences, recognizing where we have outgrown old patterns, and discovering what is ready to be transformed. But I want to offer another perspective.

Transformation does not always need to be intense.

Growth does not always require struggle.

And spiritual ascension is not about escaping or transcending the beauty of our human experience.

Within Fresh Gaia, I teach Organic Ascension as a conscious relationship between our humanity and divinity, where greater awareness becomes something we can embody, integrate, and experience practically within our everyday lives.

This is why neutrality, discernment, and conscious participation are so valuable. We can witness what is unfolding without becoming consumed by it. We can honor what has been completed without rushing into what comes next. We can welcome change while remaining deeply rooted in our own bodies, values, and sacred sovereignty.

As Mother Earth prepares for winter, perhaps we can allow ourselves to do the same.

To rest more intentionally.

To listen more deeply.

To nourish ourselves with greater devotion.

To enjoy the warmth of our homes, the beauty of meaningful relationships, the pleasure of gentle movement, and the extraordinary gift of simply being alive.

There is an entire world of wisdom waiting to be discovered when we allow ourselves to live in harmony with the seasons.

And November is inviting us to remember. 

🌹🕊️ A BEAUTIFUL NEW CHAPTER IN MY WOMEN'S WORK

Sophianic Sisterhood, Body Sovereignty & Divine Feminine Remembrance

Something especially beautiful has been blossoming within my heart, and I would love to share it with you.

Throughout my journey as a Shamanic Oracle, ceremonialist, spiritual teacher, mentor, and healer, I have had the extraordinary privilege of accompanying souls through many different seasons of their lives.

And while my sacred work continues to welcome and support people from all walks of life, I am feeling an increasingly profound calling to devote more intentional space to the Divine Feminine awakening.

To the women remembering their wisdom.

The sisters rediscovering their voices.

The mothers, daughters, healers, creatives, medicine keepers, and beautiful souls learning to trust their own bodies, hearts, and spiritual authority.

I believe this season of Divine Feminine remembrance deserves leaders and guides who are committed to spiritual integrity, conscious embodiment, authentic empowerment, and the responsible stewardship of Organic Ascension.

Within my own spiritual path, Holy Mother Sophia has been such a profound presence, and I am feeling called to honor this beautiful relationship more deeply through dedicated women's experiences.

This is not a departure from my existing work, nor does it diminish the sacred masculine in any way.

I deeply honor the beautiful balance of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine principles.

Rather, this is an expansion of my devotion to the women I am called to accompany.

A beautiful opportunity to cultivate sanctuary, elevated sisterhood, spiritual remembrance, and greater connection with the exquisite wisdom we carry within ourselves.

Our spiritual sovereignty is not something another person can give us.

It is something we learn to recognize, reclaim, embody, and honor within our own lives.

And I am absolutely delighted to continue nurturing spaces where women can explore this together! ❤️

🦋🌿 INTRODUCING BODY SOVEREIGNTY

A Return to Gentle Movement, Restorative Yoga & Sacred Rest

I am especially excited about this!

As we move into the colder months, I have been feeling a beautiful invitation to return to my roots in yoga.

Long before so many of the ceremonial and educational offerings I now facilitate, yoga was a deeply personal practice that I explored through self-directed study, intuitive movement, and learning to listen to my own body.

And lately, I have been feeling called to return to the simplicity and pleasure of that relationship.

To invite movement back into our evenings.

To create opportunities for women to stretch, soften, breathe, relax, and reconnect with themselves.

Not another obligation.

Not another expectation.

Simply an invitation to come as you are and enjoy the beautiful experience of being present within your own body.

Body Sovereignty is the name emerging for this new series of restorative yoga experiences for women.

These gatherings will focus on gentle, accessible, invitational movement, relaxation, and restorative rest.

There is no need to perform, push beyond your comfort, or arrive with any particular level of experience.

Our bodies carry so much wisdom, and I want to cultivate an atmosphere where each woman feels empowered to honor her own capacity, preferences, boundaries, and natural rhythm.

As the evenings become darker and colder, what a beautiful time to wrap ourselves in comfort, enjoy gentle movement, and create a little sanctuary together.

I am looking forward to returning to this part of myself while sharing something that has supported my own journey for so many years.

May we honor the things that have been completed while welcoming the beautiful possibilities still unfolding.

May our homes become sanctuaries of warmth, laughter, nourishment, and peace.

May we rediscover the pleasure of gentle movement, meaningful connection, sacred rest, and conscious presence.

May we have the courage to recognize our own truth, the discernment to honor our boundaries, and the freedom to live in greater alignment with our hearts.

May Holy Mother Sophia illuminate the path of Divine Feminine remembrance, and may the sacred balance of the feminine and masculine be honored through love, wisdom, and mutual respect.

To bring our spiritual wisdom into our relationships.
